Site content is general information
Everything published here—product pages, the wristband catalogue, use-case pages and technical guides—is general information about credential formats and the specification process. It is not advice for a specific property, system or purchase, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions, imagery and construction notes describe design directions rather than a fixed, guaranteed specification.
Quotations and specifications
A quotation is prepared against a stated specification and states its own validity period. Outside that period, or where the specification, quantity, material, credential input or artwork changes, the quotation is re-issued rather than carried over. Any figure given before a specification is agreed is indicative and does not bind either party.
Technical confirmation
Compatibility is confirmed against the property’s lock system, credential technology and encoding requirements before production. We do not claim universal compatibility.
Where a property cannot supply the installed system details or a working sample credential, the technical input remains unconfirmed and is recorded as such on the specification.
Artwork approval
Production begins only after written approval of the artwork on the real production shape, together with the material, construction, credential input and quantity range that artwork belongs to. By submitting artwork you confirm you are entitled to use it and to have it reproduced. Approved artwork, colour references and revisions are held as one reorder reference; a change to any of those fields requires a fresh approval before manufacture.
