This is about the sentences themselves. Most material claims fail not because the property was dishonest, but because the sentence was written at the level of the product when the evidence exists at the level of a component.

Write at the level of the evidence
Evidence usually exists for a yarn, a fabric or a face material. It rarely exists for a finished credential, because the credential is an assembly of a strap, a sealed electronic module, a closure and a finish from different sources.
So a sentence about the strap is generally exactly supported, and the same sentence about the band never is. Choosing the right subject for the sentence does most of the work.
Three sentences instead of one
A workable pattern: one sentence describing the strap or face material and the documentation held for it; one stating that the sealed module is an electronic component not covered by that documentation; and one describing the disposal route, only if a route exists with a person assigned to it.
It is longer than a marketing line and it reads as competence to exactly the audience that will check.

Words that create problems
Anything absolute about the finished product — fully, entirely, completely, or a percentage attached to the whole band. Anything comparative about other materials that cannot be evidenced. Any claim about disposal where no route exists. And any expansion of certified-material wording beyond what the certification actually permits.
Where certified material options are used, the approved sentence is used exactly as written, with nothing added, quantified or extended to other materials on the same page.
The test to apply before publishing
Could you produce the document supporting this sentence, for this delivery, if somebody asked next year? If not, the sentence needs narrowing rather than the document needing finding.
That single question resolves most drafting disagreements, and it moves the conversation from what sounds good to what is actually held on file.
A supplier statement about a product line is an assertion about a category. A material declaration issued against your production run is evidence about the goods in your store room, and it is what a follow-up question needs.
The strongest claim is usually arithmetic
A property that can say it issued a measured percentage fewer credentials this season than last, and explain what changed, is making a claim that is specific, internally verifiable and does not depend on anybody trusting a material description.
That is generally a stronger public position than any material statement, and it is available to every property that counts what it issues.
