What a region actually changes

Not the product range. What changes is the operating pattern around it: how often stock can be replenished, whether the season is a few months or the whole year, how much sun and salt a credential takes, whether guests are in water for hours a day, and how staff populations turn over.

These six pages describe those patterns where they genuinely change a specification. Where a region does not change something, they say nothing about it rather than inventing a difference.

Supply worldwide, planned locally

We supply worldwide with no territory restriction. What varies is who receives the goods, what documentation a destination expects and how much margin a property should build into its ordering.

Each destination has a party responsible for importing, and in a group that is frequently not the property itself. Establishing who that is before an order removes the most common cause of goods waiting somewhere while responsibility is worked out.

What we ask per destination:

  • Who is the party responsible for importing at this destination?
  • Is documentation needed in a particular language or format?
  • What is the realistic inbound interval on top of the production window?
  • Where is stock held, and in what conditions?

Why there are no numbers here

No duty rates, no customs fees and no per-destination transit times appear on these pages. They change by shipment, by destination and by date, and a figure published here would be wrong for somebody reading it later.

What is described instead is the process: what documentation accompanies goods, who receives them, and what tends to delay a shipment. That stays true, which a number would not.

The Caribbean is covered elsewhere

It is deliberately not in this list. Caribbean credential planning is covered in depth by other specialist properties, and duplicating it here would produce two pages competing for the same question without adding anything to either.

The regions here are the ones where this site has something specific to say.
