System Overview
The NATIVA Resort Access System is a complete, turnkey RFID access management solution that replaces every aspect of your plastic keycard program with a sustainable, guest-delighting alternative. The system includes your choice of NATIVA sustainable wristbands, RFID reader hardware, front-desk encoder station, and software integration with your existing Property Management System (PMS).
No lock hardware replacement required. Our system works with VingCard Essence, Dormakaba Saflok Quantum, SALTO XS4, Onity HT Series, and HID Global RFID lock infrastructure using MIFARE DESFire EV3 credentials — the same chip standard used at Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and Aman Resorts worldwide.
Beyond room access, the system integrates cashless F&B payments, pool and spa zone access, activity booking, and loyalty program tap-to-engage. A single wristband replaces every card and ticket a guest would otherwise carry throughout their stay. Full implementation support with on-site training is included for Caribbean and LATAM properties.
